Commercial Inspections

Trust Double Portions, LLC to utilize our wealth of experience in the commercial market. We understand the value of property inspections for investors and work on their behalf, providing commercial inspections that ensure the health and status of the physical property and its surroundings. We have completed commercial inspections that include apartment complexes, industrial sites, retail centers, hospitals, restaurants, hotels, and office space on up to 5% occupied and 15% vacant. Our inspections cover the life of your loan.

Commercial inspections are conducted on each property on an annual basis, and include an inspection report. We have experience using the Mortgage Bankers Association forms, or we can custom design inspection forms for you. We adhere to all ASTM standards and our inspectors go through extensive training and continuing education classes and seminars.


Exterior Inspections

The exterior inspection of a site includes a full physical assessment of all outside areas. This includes parking areas, road access, checking for handicap signage and ramps, the ingress and egress, all sidewalks, landscape lighting, refuse and disposal, and environmental compliance.
