Rehab Inspections

Double Portions, LLC has an approved 203(k) consultant, which allows lenders to select us when processing mortgage applications under the 203(k) program. This program is used primarily for rehab properties undergoing revitalization and repair of single-family properties under the Department of Housing and Urban Development. We assist lenders and clients in successfully using this program by monitoring or overseeing reconstruction and providing rehab inspections.

Accurate Reporting

We understand the importance of rehabbing homes and commercial property for the community and its investors. We accept the responsibility for reviewing and analyzing rehabbed units and homes. Our company will cover all inspection aspects of the project and communicate progress and deficiencies. In addition we review plans and paperwork closely with contractors to ensure specification and deadlines are thoroughly adhered to and monitored.
